If you register to receive emails or updates about classes, or if you book a class, your information is stored for the duration of our professional relationship. If you are just visiting, your information is not stored. Financial transactions are protected through the online institutions that process your payments (Paypal, Stripe, Alipay, and so on). Fulfillment Policy
DELIVERY POLICY:
Classes are fulfilled and payment is processed upon initiation of the scheduled instruction. Classes are delivered via Zoom of TenCent meetings as requested by the student.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are provided for unused classes upon request. The customer is responsible for transfer and processing fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Classes must be canceled 12 hours before the scheduled meeting. Classes canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will be billed as agreed.
RETURN POLICY:
As there are no tangible goods, refunds for unused classes serve as "returns". Additionally, all students receive one free trial lesson prior to purchasing a course to assure satisfaction before purchase.
